Cut and Uncut Diamonds for Sale
If you come to the Crater but don't find a diamond, you might consider buying one. Glenn and Cindy Worthington have been selling uncut diamond specimens on the courthouse square for fifteen years. When the National Geographic came to Murfreesboro, they liked their sign "Uncut Local Diamonds" so much they made a photo of it into a two-page spread in their March, 2002, issue.

Worldwide demand for uncut diamonds is expected to increase  over the coming years while supply will lag behind as the  chart at the right shows.  Due to the law of supply and  demand the cost of uncut diamonds will likewise  increase.  In addition, the demand for fancy, vivid  yellow diamonds is increasing exponentially while there remain very few sources for them.

Genuine diamonds from Arkansas are very rare.  An  average of only 745 are found each year.  Many times  the diamonds that are found are kept by the discoverers as  mementos of their visit to the park.  So, you can see  that an opportunity to purchase a genuine, Arkansas diamond  is quite rare.  But here is your chance.  We are  now offering the following diamonds for sale to you:
This 1.58-carat, white diamond was registered at the Crater of Diamonds State Park on 7/2/08 by one of the regular miners.  It exhibited a natural, rough heart shape.  This genuine, USA diamond was recently fashioned into a cut heart shape by North Dakota cutters and now weighs 60 points (there are 100 decimal points of weight per carat.)

This diamond measures 5.50 X 6.00 X 3.20mm.  The clarity is a "VS-2", it has a color rating of "E-F," and the cut is considered "excellent."  You may make arrangements to purchase this cut diamond for $4,550 by emailing us at
usadiamonds@yahoo.com.  This gem diamond comes with the original certificate of authenticity issued by Arkansas' Crater Diamonds State Park.

This 2.04-carat, golden yellow diamond was unearthed by veteran diamond miner Glenn W. Worthington and registered at the Crater of Diamonds State Park on 4/9/09.  It is his best diamond in his nearly 32 year diamond hunting career.  It has never before been offered for sale.  Since the Crater became a state park in 1972, 28,821 diamonds have been registered.  Among those only 40 have been yellows that weighed 2 carats or more like this one.  This find was reported in the book "Genuine Diamonds Found in Arkansas."  Numerous, color photos of this exceptional gem appear inside the book and on the back cover.  It was recently selected by the staff of Western and Eastern Treasures Magazine as one of the best finds of 2009.

This elongated gem measures 9.5L X 6.5W X 4.4mm deep.  The clarity is  rated "IF--Internally Flawless," and the color is "Fancy Vivid Yellow."  It has been independently appraised by an accredited, jewelry professional who is a GIA graduate gemologist.  The appraisal price is $76,500.00.  You may make arrangements to purchase this uncut diamond from
us for $38,000 by emailing us at

On February 18, 2010, Glenn W. Worthington registered the largest diamond he has found in his 32 years of searching.  The Crater of Diamonds State Park weighed it in at 2.13-carats.  It was cut in the USA into a “Marquise Brilliant” shape, and this beauty now weighs 1.21 carats.  It has been graded by the Gemological Institute of America and deemed a “NATURAL, fancy, yellowish brown” with even color distribution and was given a grade of “VVS2.”  That means it has a very, very slight inclusion that would be hard to find with magnification.  The grade report states that it has good symmetry, very good polish, and exhibits a strong blue fluorescence under ultraviolet (black) light.

This unique, genuine, USA diamond measures 10.70 X 4.81 X 3.70 mm.  It is being offered with the original certificate of authenticity issued by the Crater of Diamonds State Park and the GIA grade report.  The grade report number has been microlaser engraved on the girdle of the diamond by the GIA for assurance that this diamond corresponds with the specific grade report.   You may make arrangements to purchase this cut diamond from us for $9,800 by emailing us at
usadiamonds@yahoo.com.
